Starview Technologies has just upgraded its Express Content Management System (ECMS) to version 1.3.2. It is now abbreviated to EP (for Express). So, this current version is tagged EP 1.3.2.
The first version of ECMS was released as version 1.0 in August 2011.
EP has undergone three code and design revisions: The first revision was in December 2011 when ECMS 1.0.1 was released. The second revision was in July 2012 when ECMS 1.2.1 was released. The third major revision was in March 2013 leading to the release of ECMS 1.3.1.

The current release, EP 1.3.2, on November 18th 2013, is an upgraded version of the third revision, ECMS 1.3.1
